Shipping and Returns

1. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Most custom orders require:

  • 3–7 business days for production after artwork approval.

  • Larger or complex orders may take longer; we will confirm timelines during the quote process.

Ready-made items (if applicable) ship within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Methods

We ship using trusted carriers:

  • UPS

  • USPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL (international)

Carrier selection is based on speed, reliability, and destination.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message.

Shipping Delays

Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or third-party logistic issues are outside of our control, but we will help communicate with the carrier if needed.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information.
Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur additional reshipping fees.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Custom Orders (DTF, DTG, Screen Printing, Embroidery)

Due to the nature of custom production:
📌 All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong sizes ordered

  • Color variations between screens and actual print

  • Artwork submitted in low resolution

  • Change of mind after production begins

When We DO Accept Returns

We will replace or refund only if:

  • The print is defective

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The wrong items were shipped

  • There is a manufacturing or quality issue caused by us

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Description of the issue

We will review and resolve it quickly.

3. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package is scanned by the carrier, responsibility transfers to:
UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL.

If a package is lost, delayed, or damaged, you may file a claim directly with the carrier.
We will assist with documentation if needed.

4. International Shipping

International orders may have:

  • Customs fees

  • VAT taxes

  • Import duties

These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
